Purification and Properties of the Cellulases
Three cellulases and a beta-glucosidase were purified from the culture filtrate of the thermophilic fungus Thermoascus aurantiacus. The isolated enzymes were all homogeneous on polyacrylamide-disc-gel electrophoresis. ReadLabels: Cellulosic-Hydrolysis
